I set up a new meditation area while rearranging my apartment. This means I’ve been sitting more, although I haven’t been sitting for very long intervals.
I’ve been thinking a lot about the repetition of themes throughout these comics. It was something I used to be uncomfortable with. I was afraid that it might bore people. It seems the older I get, the more comfortable I am with repeating myself. Oddly enough, it wasn’t until I accepted that I was in a repetitive rut that I was able to climb out of it to try something new. I’m not sure if any of this makes sense. I am very tired right now.

Everything is cyclical. That’s just the way of life.

I don’t think the repetition of themes is boring at all. The instant we stop worrying about life, art, purpose, work, and struggle, we might as well be dead. I think a great many artworks/novels can be summed up to be about these things.
Also new reader here, just read through all the archives. Kudos on creating such an interesting/humorous and refreshing comic.
Thanks for stopping by! I should have another comic up later this evening.
