So we finally made it! Thanks for reading this story, and I wish you all a Merry Christmas.
Starting this Sunday I will be moving back to the regular Sunday-Wednesday rotation. As much fun as it has been posting a comic a day, I just can’t keep this pace up indefinitely. Plus I have a long list of non-Introspective projects that I have been itching to get started on. So Merry Christmas and see you on Sunday!

Merry Christmas, Ryan. Thanks for sharing this story. It’s been a fun and educational experience. I’m sad that I won’t have a new comic to see every day anymore, but on the plus side Sundays and Wednesdays just went back to being the coolest days of the week.
Ryan,
That is a fantastic closing page! And I have to agree, the real reason for the season is socks…and underwear. My mom still gives me that every year. I’ll put off buying socks all year if I can cause I know Mom will always buy me more.
I think the REAL reason fro Xmas is a lot more sinister–a baby that wasn’t born in December used to conform/control the pagan masses–but your story was very sweet and I hope to see a full-color print edition some Yuletide day!
Thanks, Bobby! Maybe someday I’ll be able to move the update schedule to at least three times a week, but for now there are too many side projects I want to tackle.
I don’t think my parents have ever gotten me socks or underwear. I’m not sure if that makes me lucky or unlucky. I was going to basically state that Christmas was a way for Christians to take over a pagan holiday, but I pulled my punches on that one. It’s an easy thing to say, but it’s surprisingly hard to find evidence to back that statement up.
Anyway, Merry Christmas guys!
Just wonderful! At times better than the actual holiday. Merry Christmas!
Thanks! I have to admit that this was an idealized portrayal of Christmas. Maybe next year I’ll do a more autobio depiction of Christmas.
Sorry I didn’t post earlier, y’know, the day it came out Ryan. I loved the story! I hope that you had a Merry Christmas!
