		<description>I can&#039;t deny the importance of sleep (I could always use more of it!), but most meditation teachers I&#039;ve run into make a distinction between sleep and meditation.  There was a guy who would snore in the few yoga classes I took, though.</description>

I think sleep is still an effective part of meditation... its just that you don&#039;t remember that the meditation part happened!</description>
