  1. FallCon anyone?

Nah just kidding, we make our own fun, dammit!

  2. danno says:

Theres a wisdom to making comics now?

  3. Ryan Dow says:

    Kriske,

Making your own fun is what it’s all about.

    Danno,

    Now that you mention it…

  4. Ha, this sounds about right! Me and Ted Seko discuss questioning our own wisdom of making comics on his latest IDIOT ENGINE podcast. I feel good knowing that these thoughts are pretty universal to so many of us creators.

  5. I hope this isn’t stemming from the horrible turnout this weekend at the bazaar. If so, I don’t think that really counts as a convention. Or is this still hangover from other, more recent, cons?

Also, although I wholeheartedly agree with Kriske, it is also nice to make some money to at least cover your table and travel costs….

  6. Whoops, didn’t read the title of the comic. I don’t really think the bazaar counted as an art show either though.

  7. Ryan Dow says:

Plus I didn’t show up at the bazaar an hour early like I usually do. I just wanted to do a comic about the emotions that come with doing a con, even though I’ve been pretty lucky with a lot of them.
