I used to work at a convenience store where people did this all the time. Our stores were judged once a month by a secret shopper and bathroom cleanliness was one of the things they checked. Despite us cleaning or checking on it every fifteen minutes we always got a poor score. The notes on the report always said paper towels all over the bathroom floor. It frustrated me to no end.

We all have our bathroom pet peeves, or at least I do. There is a guy at work that NEVER washes his hands after using the restroom. Even after dropping a deuce. Sometimes I wonder if he even wipes his ass.
