I know what you mean. The best way to approach the “other people have it worse” concept is it you find that the other people have it worse and *also* they’re managing to live their lives pretty well despite the obstacles they face. Then you can say to yourself “If those people can deal with their obstacles, and my obstacles are less severe, then I guess I can deal with my obstacles too.”
