Part of me wants to break out the glitter and glue.
Make cards for each of my friends and coworkers.
But my life is too crazy right now.
Other tasks take priority.

Yeah, this comic just wouldn’t have felt right in gray. Looking at it makes me want to insulate an attic.
I’m thinking you could have selectively used the pink, rather than making everything pink. In the context of the coloring of your comics, one pink heart — or maybe also pink construction paper — would have been just as shocking.
That said, I like it!
I’m making a mental note to try that in the future.

Funny, I have the exact opposite reaction to V-Day. Never appreciated the Hallmark Hell it inflicts on people. IMHO, it’s evil…pure and simple.
I guess I just haven’t been through enough Hallmark Hell yet.
