Shakespeare wrote &quot;To thine own self be true&quot;, and you have to be honest with yourself, regardless of what other people are trying to &quot;suggest&quot; that you be.  As well-meaning as some people are, it&#039;s ultimately up to the individual as to which path to walk on.  Once that&#039;s established, other friends will come into the picture.</description>
